Booking Policy
$100 Non Refundable deposit to secure date/time slot. The booking deposit does apply to balance and can be transferred to 1 new date request.
Cancellations are Non-refundable; 1 reschedule allowed.
Shaded areas are required during hotter season to ensure toddler safety because equipment does get hot.
Delivery fee will apply outside of the triad based on location.
$60 Refundable Cleaning deposit ( Cash Only) - I understand I will ONLY receive this refund if and only / equipment is clean, not damaged, or stained. Ball pit is completely in tact and balls are left inside of ball pit at end of rental.
